Policy Exclusion 4.2 Aircraft amended to allow repair, servicing and/or maintenance of fire extinguishing systems, fire and/or smoke alarms and/or portable fire extinguishers provided such work is only performed within stationary Aircraft that are not owned, operated or used by You.
Policy Exclusion 4.6 Contractual Liability does not apply to liability assumed by You under any contract (other than a lease of real or personal property) entered into by You that does not exceed a contract value of $200,000.
Policy Exclusion 4.16 Product Defect. This exclusion 4.16 will only apply to Property Damage to the specific part of Your Products which directly causes the damage due to its defect, harmful nature or unsuitability.
Policy Exclusion 4.26.2 applies to any work performed by You or on Your behalf on or within any Watercraft that exceed 20 metres in length, but only in respect of any contract entered into by You for such work which exceeds a contract value of $500,000.
