  1. Please ensure that any changes made on Callibrate just prior to the policy expiring are included on the new Insurelink policy invitation.
  2. Changes to an inception date that is prior to 1 April 2018 to post 1 April 2018 on Callibrate will trigger an error message saying the product is not available and you will need to re-enter the details into Insurelink.
