Callibrate

Callibrate is our online delivery system accessed via Sunrise Exchange.

You can still access Callibrate for Calibre Business Package Insurance and Steadfast Business Package Insurance new business and renewal policies incepting on or before 31 March 2018. After this date, Callibrate will only be accessible for MTA’s on these policies.

For all policies incepting on or after 1 April 2018 please visit Insurelink, our new low-referral online delivery system accessed via Sunrise Exchange.

Please note:
Changes to an inception date that is prior to 1 April 2018 to post 1 April 2018 on Callibrate will trigger an error message saying the product is not available and you will need to re-enter the details into Insurelink. The details of the quote will then be subject to the terms and conditions as determined by our new system Insurelink.

TRANSITIONING EXISTING CALLIBRATE POLICIES TO INSURELINK

Any current Callibrate policies will be transferring to our new Sunrise system, Insurelink, and in some cases additional information may be required by the system. To minimise the impact this has on you, we have not made these questions compulsory for existing policies transferring.

In the event that we do require additional information, an error message will trigger with a list of compulsory questions as soon as the policy is launched in Insurelink.

Please note that:

  • If no error message appears you are not required to answer any additional questions.
  • This only applies to system generated questions.
  • By answering any additional questions, whether instigated by the system or not, may result in a possible premium increase, referral or decline.

Need access to Callibrate?

For access to Sunrise, you will first need an Ebix Intermediary ID.

If you do not have one, you will need to contact Ebix on 1800 331 018 to arrange. Calibre Insurance cannot arrange this on your behalf.

Once you receive your Ebix Intermediary ID, please contact your Development Manager, who will walk you through the process of connecting to Calibre Insurance products. The Technical Support team can help you with this if you are unsure who your Development Manager is.

Once we receive all your details, it usually takes a few weeks for the connection to be completed. You will then receive an email from Ebix with instructions on how you can configure your broker system to allow access to Calibre Insurance products.
